Tarkan Concert tickest still did not arrived

I paid $753 for tickets to the Tarkan concert on 23rd November 2025 and was told the tickets would be sent to me, but I can't access the website and the tickets didnt send ,
The concert date was January 24, 2026. I didnt get tickets and today is 25 th January I request a refund. Having gone through this entire process, the impression that transactions were conducted on an unsafe and irresponsible platform, and the stress it caused me as a consumer, in addition to dissatisfaction, means I cannot praise the site on other platforms; it was a disappointing experience.

My client purchased football tickets through Viagogo for a total of 1,610.46. These tickets were intended to be delivered by post, as clearly stated in the order.
However, Viagogo failed to deliver them on time; they were only made available digitally on the day of the match, just 3 hours before kickoff. This unacceptable delay made it impossible to resell the tickets, contrary to Viagogo's advertised guarantees. In fact, several days before the match, my client informed Viagogo of a family bereavement and his inability to attend, and specifically asked for digital access to try and resell the tickets. The request was ignored.
Since January, my client has repeatedly requested a refund. Viagogo has offered no legal justification for denying the refund, despite failing to provide the promised service in a timely and usable manner. Their customer service has ignored all communication, and their so-called guarantee has proven to be completely meaningless in practice. Let's be clear: the main reason consumers use platforms like Viagogo is because of the supposed guarantees they offer, especially timely ticket delivery, which is at the very heart of the service.
They even charge an additional service fee. And yet, neither ethically nor legally have they shown any respect for consumer rights. Instead of contacting us and issuing a rightful refund, we've been met with automated, impersonal responses from what feels like a chatbot system (IMEI). It does not solve any problem; it only frustrates customers further.
Even though Viagogo failed to deliver the tickets on time, and even though timely delivery is the very core of their service, they hide behind the excuse of being just an intermediary and refuse all responsibility. And finally, what kind of service model—what kind of service fee—can possibly justify delivering tickets only 3 hours before the match begins? It is completely unacceptable by any consumer standard.
We are still waiting for the full refund to be issued. If this continues, we will have no choice but to initiate formal legal proceedings.

When I went to the concert venue, there was a problem with the ticket you gave me and I asked the authorized officer there. I was told that the ticket I bought was from an invalid platform and that it was not possible to enter the concert area with a Viagogo ticket. In this case, I request a refund of the fee I paid.
