Rammstein concert ticket problem
Hello, my name is Şeyma Aydın. I am writing to you about my ticket for the Rammstein concert on July 27th.
When I went to the concert venue, there was a problem with the ticket you gave me and I asked the authorized officer there. I was told that the ticket I bought was from an invalid platform and that it was not possible to enter the concert area with a Viagogo ticket. In this case, I request a refund of the fee I paid.
In addition, I attached the document given to me by the officer and the receipt withdrawn from my bank account to the email. I hope you will review it and process my return as soon as possible.

Problem
So basically you sent me an email telling me that my ticket is transferred and the event organiser will send me an email to retrieve my ticket
But its been 4 hours and i still didnt get any email from them
Im still unable to have my ticket and the event is tomorrow

Tickets not valid
